Is your organization interested in starting an Internship Program? The Employers Guide, through Shippensburg University, provides an overview for organizations who are considering starting an internship program. It is intended for those people in the organization responsible for either developing or overseeing an internship program. It includes suggestions from the planning stage through the supervision stage. It also lists resources both on-campus and off for further reference.
