Small Business First (SBF)
SBF funds are available to for-profit businesses with less than 100 employees. There are a wide variety of eligible uses and interest rates change on a quarterly basis.
Small Business Administration 504 Program (SBA-504)
Available to any for-profit businesses, it provides funding for fixed-asset purchases.
Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA)
A tax-exempt financing program available primarily to manufacturers and 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporations.
Cumberland Small Business Fund (CSBF)
This program is available to small businesses with fewer than 50 employees. There are a variety of eligible project uses which will be assessed at the time of inquiry.
Tourism Infrastructure Loan Fund (TILF)
This program is available to any for-profit and non-profit hospitality based business or enterprise.
Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (PEDFA)
A tax-exempt financing program available through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
