The mission of Cumberland County Economic Development (CCED) is to be a catalyst for job creation; entrepreneurship; business attraction, retention, and expansion on behalf of the citizens of Cumberland County and South Central Pennsylvania.  One of the key components in fulfilling our mission is to provide our community with a variety of Lending Programs designed to attract as well as leverage investment and create jobs.
